By definition you can't get comprehensive advice from a lender and many estate agent brokers are tied to a panel of 9-10 lenders

At Constant we have access to a panel of over 100 lenders, some of whom do not deal direct with the public. Many of these lenders are high street names, however some are more obscure building societies and specialist lenders. You know you are getting real Comprehensive Advice at Constant Mortgage & Financial Services.

 

Buying Power

We have access to exclusive deals, available because of our relationship with lenders and the "buying power" of our network Mortgage Intelligence. As part of the Countrywide group of companies they are responsible for 11% of intermediary mortgage lending in the UK. This gives us a significant advantage in securing the best deal for you.

We use the best industry sourcing programmes available to ensure we have access to the best mortgage and protection products to suit your individual circumstances.

 

Experience

Technology is great but when it comes to getting it 100% right - nothing beats experience. Having an in-depth knowledge of Mortgage and Insurance products means that we know all about the small print, so we can get things "right first time" and avoid a "decline".

A few examples of criteria that can be hidden in the "small print" are:

1. Each lender excepts different types of employment and income

2. Medical factors that might affect choice of insurer. Also different insurers provide differing definitions of cover.

3. Types of adverse credit allowed.

4. How a lender might treat a background buy to let or an unusual property type.
